Food Ethos

It all starts with the product. Poke bowls taste best when they are made with fresh high-quality ingredients. 

At Tadao, we do our best to source locally when possible and from farmers and fishermen who adopt sustainable and best practice, so that the end result is one that tastes and feels delicious. 

We source the highest quality fish we can find, as responsibly and sustainably as possible, while still maintaining a reasonable price point. Our fish are fresh, sushi grade and certified sustainable (MSC label & ASC labels). 

We also believe that in order to create beautiful poke bowls the people making them need to care, and they need to be passionate. Our team at Tadao are carefully trained and educated about our food and our processes to maintain quality and consistency. We’re friendly people who genuinely care about the food and the experience.
